The Integrated Communications Specialist will perform an array of diverse responsibilities in a comprehensive forum supporting multiple market segments. The qualified candidate will perform such duties as creating, editing and assisting for proposals, presentations, and company collateral. They will also flex in to assist the Public Relations side of the Integrated Communications team when needed. The qualified candidate must understand and support LPA's global brand and regional studio marketing and proposal development policies, procedures, and protocols. 


  • Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign proficient)
  • MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Works well with others; has a collaborative mindset
  • Must have writing capabilities, we may ask for sample work
  • Graphics knowledge, preferably within InDesign
  • AP Style knowledge
  • Lead tracking and research
  • General proposal writing
  • 3-5 years’ experience, Architecture or Engineering industry preferable

Other Experience (preferred):

  • InDesign required, OpenAsset and Photoshop preferred
  • Social media experience
  • Knowledge of Cision, HubSpot or MyEmma
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Journalism
