For nearly 20 years, Kim Izadi has been responsible for the interior design of various LPA projects. Her experience spans across multiple markets from civic projects, corporate and developer work, along with both private and public K-12 and higher education environments. Having worked out of many LPA regional locations at one time or another, her projects benefit from LPA resources beyond the Silicon Valley.

To successfully facilitate the integrated design process, Izadi’s contributions include strategizing client needs at the conception of design while reinforcing brand identity throughout the process of documentation and construction.

Izadi’s primary responsibilities as Managing Director for the Urban Design Studio in the San Jose office provide goal-focused solutions through an outlined process that supports a team-oriented dynamic.

A few notable companies Izadi has worked with throughout her career include: Irvine Company, Harvest Properties, KBS Realty Advisors, Ryan Companies, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, JLL, Colliers and Newmark Cornish & Carey.

Izadi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design at California State University, Long Beach and she is a LEED accredited professional as well as a Certified Interior Designer (CID).
