Nick Arambarri started at LPA as an intern during the summers of 1999 and 2000 while a student at California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, officially joining LPA in 2001. While based in the Irvine office, Arambarri directs teams throughout California, from San Diego to San Jose, focusing on commercial development projects both large and small. With a strong foundation in project management developed over the course of his15 years at LPA, he is involved during all project phases to ensure the client’s program requirements; project budget, schedule, and quality control are successfully delivered. 

Arambarri is responsible for leading integrated project teams, mentoring professional staff, and developing and managing client relationships in the commercial real estate industry. Over the past seven years, Arambarri has developed an extensive background leading large design teams on complex high-rise office developments totaling more than two million square feet including the One La Jolla Center office tower and parking structure in La Jolla, California. 

Arambarri received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, which included a full year of study abroad at Denmark’s International Study Program in downtown Copenhagen. He is an active member of NAIOP SoCal Chapter and currently serves on the NAIOP SoCal’s legislative affairs committee. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
