The existing building at 3250 Olcott is approximately 48,000 square feet with three floors of aged office space. The goal of the ownership was to refresh the property and to have interior and exterior spaces that reflect the creative and open environment that is synonymous with the Silicon Valley.

The design team envisioned a property that looked at the entire building and site as an expression of usable space. The entry is defined by technology-rich gathering spaces and social zones for both intimate and large-scale meeting opportunities. The new entry is envisioned by a new two-story glass lobby structure that gives the building a strong presence. The top of the two-story lobby serves as a third level outdoor meeting space that is surrounded by mature trees. The interior floors are designed to support the organic growth of companies through the use of strategically located amenities that ensure access to daylight and views.
