In June 2015, LPA moved its Roseville, California office to downtown Sacramento. Located on the ground floor of a historic structure, our new Sacramento office is centrally located in the hub of downtown activity. The 4,100-square-foot space includes 25 work stations and an open, collaborative space for meetings and events.

LPA’s integrated team of architects and engineers wanted to keep most of the 1920s-era building qualities while incorporating an innovative and sustainable office space. Featuring 16-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows promoting natural daylight, the space is organized into two zones: a work zone that integrates sustainable design systems and a collaboration zone with moveable furniture. The space is LEED Silver certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. The space exceeds both California’s Title 24 Building Energy Efficient standards and the 2030 Challenge for interior projects.
