Park Place is an expansive corporate campus, featuring eight buildings across nearly two million square feet in Irvine, California. The scope of the project encompasses an update of the master plan and landscape renovation of the entire 100-acre site. The first phase includes the replacement of more than three acres of turf with native and drought-tolerant groundcover and trees, resulting in the savings of more than 4.3 million gallons of water per year. The integrated design team created a pedestrian circulation system that leads to the 49,000-square-foot Market Cafe and fountain court featuring a 20-foot-tall water feature and reflecting pool.

Park Place's LEED Silver design presents a cohesive message that favors smart business decisions with forward-thinking, energy-conscious design.
