Housed within San Bernardino County’s Jerry Lewis High Desert Government Center the 30,000-square-foot Public Safety Operations Center (PSOC) includes Sheriff and Fire 911 Call Intake and Dispatch Centers, Emergency Operations Center (EOC), and related support amenities designed to Essential Facilities Standards.  Work for the multi-phased implementation was performed in a phased sequence to minimize disruption to existing operations.

The 911 Call Intake and Dispatch Consoles are each customized with redundant power supplies, multiple data feeds, multiple displays, backup communications, video relay, and Doomsday Radio.  The EOC features both 199-inch and 60-inch displays; and ENO Board; tablet and desktop fee interface; “Heilnet,” an aviation feed interface; and Ballistic Enhancement protection.
