Our Culture

Everyone on the team comes together across disciplines to share ideas and problem solve. Summer Internship Programs

Our Summer Internship Programs typically runs from mid May – mid September, depending when students end and start the school year.

• Our internships are paid.
• Most interns work full time during the duration of their summer internship.
• Some interns might want to extend out their internship to a co-op or work study, that is determined at the discretion of their manager.

Interns can expect to participate in the following activities during their internship:

• Supporting project teams in tasks and duties pertaining to real time projects.
• Weekly check-in calls with the Internship Program Team.
• Weekly conversations with different members of leadership.
  
• Interactive activity that has them engage with members across the firm and learn more about all design phases.
• Exclusive Interact Event for graduating D1’s and Summer Interns typically held at the end of July.
  • Day long event that gathers new grads and interns to interact with each other and get exposed to professionals young in their careers and leadership.
  • During this event, we have project tours where our D1’s and Interns can see projects that our integrated design team has designed.

We have internships available in the following locations:

• San Diego
• San Jose
• Sacramento
• Dallas
• San Antonio
