During his 38-year career, Damon Dusterhoft has managed a variety of building types which include corporate and developer office facilities, retail projects and recreational facilities. Dusterhoft specializes in leading teams that collaborate through all phases of development to achieve finely detailed structures.
Dusterhoft led Ford Motor Company, Wal-Mart, and Jet Propulsion Lab through some of their initial sustainable building initiatives and has gone on to manage nine LEED certified projects spanning from certification level to platinum. One example is Premier Automotive Group’s North American Headquarters—the first privately funded building in California to achieve LEED certification.
His range of knowledge is strengthened through extensive partnerships with the following corporations: Ford Motor Land, Jaguar, Volvo, Aston Martin, Lincoln Mercury, Range Rover, Toyota, Mazda, Wal-Mart, JPL, Press Enterprise and Edwards Lifesciences.
He is an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the American Institute of Architects (AIA), as well as the International Facility Management Association.
