Eric Jones joined LPA in 2007 as an architect and project manager with a passion for sustainability, mentorship and integrated design. As an Associate and Managing Director, his responsibilities include the oversight of the San Diego studio, where he applies his organizational, analytical and creative skills. 

With a rich background in education design and urban design studio projects, his work has helped LPA achieved recognition by numerous organizations, such as American Institute of Architects (AIA) San Diego chapter, AIA Committee on Architecture for Education, Engineering News Record, CASH Design and CEFPI Architecture. With ongoing responsibilities in major commercial life science projects, he continues to develop and lead teams of dedicated professionals in the Urban Design Studio.

Jones received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is an active member of the AIA and a LEED Accredited Professional with Building Design + Construction specialty.
