Stephen Tiner joined LPA in 1994 and has more than 45 years of experience in the architectural profession. He has experience in a variety of project types and currently 9 of those years dedicated to the design and construction of educational projects. He is currently a Senior project manager in LPA’s Higher Education Group.
As a team leader in educational facility design, Tiner has managed award-winning projects at the local and state level such as the Coastline College Newport Beach Learning Center, Los Angeles Valley College Monarch Center Student Union, Center for Social Justice and Civil Liberties and the Centennial Plaza for Riverside Community College District.
Tiner has been a Licensed Architect in the State of California since 1985. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), LEED Accredited Professional by the Green Building Certification Institute with a Building Design + Construction Specialty; LEED AP BD+C and a past member of the Orange Coast College Art Advisory Committee.
